I own the EDT Intense and Privee, and I’ve smelled most of the rest of the line. I’d highly recommend both. EDT Intense is great for daytime/office, and Privee is great for dates .
I don't think the performance of Gentleman Cologne is so terrible tbh. I get 5 or 6 hours from it. For a watery, dry, fresh, and effervescent fragrance, it's above average. Last summer i was deciding between Gentleman Cologne, L'Homme Ideal Cologne, Bleu Noire Extreme and Prada L'Homme L'Eau. In the end i went with the Prada because of a really good deal (~30€) and the ambroxan-free drydown.
